I am so excited to be going Live on YouTube several times today and tomorrow with How-to cooking video's!  I will be doing an appetizer with a crescent roll and cream cheese, homemade applesauce and home made cranberry sauce.  Be sure Follow and get notifications so you know when I am doing them!!!

  Ok, so you sit down to watch the news, or read the news.  And suddenly you realize that it is all the same no matter where you look.  But is it?  Are you looking everywhere, for real everywhere that you can think of?  I bet not; what do you really know about the country you live in?  Maybe even the country you were born and raised in and your fathers’ father was born here too. Let’s Rewind First! But let’s backtrack to when I was a kid.  You know, about a million years ago, known as the seventies.    There were four stations on tv when I was a kid.  ABC, NBC, CBS & PBS.  We lived in a small town of about 3000 people (that might be stretching it).  There was a newspaper, but most people opted for the Peoria Journal Star or the Chicago Tribune.  Yes, I grew up in central Illinois.
