Most people would not know it after talking to me on a "good day".  On a "bad day" they would simply believe that I have migraine's, no patience, no energy and a bad attitude.  I am the survivor of two Traumatic Brain Injury's, also known as the "Invisible Injury", that happened about 38 years apart.  This is Truly my "Elephant in the room".  I hope this helps you realize that you are not alone in your TBI.  Don't get lost in your own brain (it is too easy) there is a Life out there! Each person has different coping mechanisms for dealing with their own TBI.  This video maybe helps explain mine and just might help someone on the outside looking in not be so harsh on another person with a brain injury.  We live in a World that you cannot imagine.  One I would not wish on my worst enemy.

Please like, comment and SUBSCRIBE!  This is the Easiest way to cook a chicken while you are not standing over it.  The pictures say Almost everything.  Here is what they don't!  If you are wanting it in a few hours, put your Crock pot on “high”.  It will be done in about 2 ½  hours depending on the weight.  If you are wanting it later on (like after work), put your crockpot on “low”.  It will be done in about 5 ½  hours depending on the weight.  DO NOT pre-heat your crockpot! Turn it on right before you walk out the door.  Also, cooking it on low, all day, add a little water, broth or as I do, wine & water mixed it will not dry out.  How to tell when it is done…When the legs fall off or the meat isn’t pink and the internal temp at the thigh, (not touching the bone) is 165 degrees.
