Fast High Protein Greek Yogurt Lunch Shake!





This is my go-to High-Protein Greek Yogurt Shake that I have at least once a day.  It is what keeps my protein high and my carbs within the range that they need to be!  Easy to follow step by step recipe that you can change up as you like.  Easy to change flavor, by simply changing the flavor of yogurt, juice or fruit that you use.  You can also change the sugars and carbs in it by changing up your juice and/or fruit also!  I hope you find it as easy and enjoyable as I do!
